Ink type

Water-based pigment ink

Water Dye ink
Water-based dyes are not UV resistant, waterproof, and will fade over time.
The choice of ink is determined based on the customer's needs;
lf the customer requires ink to be waterproof, UV resistant, and have a long storage time forprinted images, then they can choose water-based pigment ink. lf the customer does not havesignificant requirements for waterproof and UV resistant ink and wants to reduce costs,then they can choose water-based dye ink;
There are four basic colors for water-based inks:CMY,K(cyan,magenta,yellow,black);
Taking printing A4 paper as an example, with a coverage rate of 5%, 1 liter of ink can print approximately 60000 sheets;
Printing medium type
Waterborne ink can be printed on the surface of absorbent mateials, such as corrugated boxes, cartons, pizza boxes, white cardboard,Kralt paver naper, paner baas, cardboard, non-woven fabrics, jute bags, canvas bags, cotton bags, disposable paper cups, egg boxesand other materials.

The thickness of the printing medium
0-1 10 millimeters. The printing head can be moved up and down to meet different printing thicknesses,and other thicknesses can be customized.
